These articles are established to provide guidance, direction, and areas of responsibility in the conduct of District 3 business in accordance with the primary objectives of SEANC.

Section 1.   The District officers and their method of selection shall be as follows:

1. District Chairperson (elected)
2. District Vice Chairperson (elected)
3. District Immediate Past Chairperson
     (succeeds chairperson)
4. District Secretary
    (appointed by chairperson)
5. District Treasurer
    (appointed by chairperson)
 

The District Standing Committee Chairpersons and their method of selection shall be as follows:

1. Bylaws (elected)
2. Policy Platform (elected)
3. Auditing (elected)
4. Membership (elected)
5. Nominating (elected)
6. Delegate-at-Large (elected: seven (7) delegates for the first three hundred and fifty (350) members and one (1) additional delegate for each additional seventy-five (75) members or any portion thereof of the District)
7. EMPAC (appointed)
 

Section 2.   There shall be a District Executive Committee that shall consist of the District officers, the Chairpersons of the District Standing Committees, and Delegates.  Each
