member of the District Executive Committee will represent
fifty (50) members or major fraction thereof in the District as of the
date of the Annual Convention; however, this representation shall include
District officers. Due to possible fluctuations in membership during
the year, delegates to represent the District at the Annual Convention
shall be chosen in descending order as shown above with delegates-at-large
added as needed.
2.1
Chapter Presidents may be ex-officio members of the Executive Committee,

The members of the Executive Committee are expected to attend all meetings.
2.3
The annual District Meeting shall be held no later than forty-five (45)
days

The fiscal year for District 3, SEANC, shall be from October 1 through
ARTICLE II. ELECTIONS Section 1. The District Chairperson, District Vice Chairperson, Bylaws Committee Chairperson, Policy Platform Committee Chairperson, Auditing Committee Chairperson, Nominating Committee Chairperson, and Delegates-at-Large as set forth in Article I shall be elected from nominees as submitted by the District Nominating Committee or from additional nominations from the floor. A quorum for District meetings shall be those members who present themselves at the appointed time and place plus a majority of the Executive Committee. 1.1 The District Chairperson, District Vice Chairperson, Bylaws Committee Chairperson, Auditing Committee Chairperson, Nominating Committee Chairperson, Policy Platform Committee Chairperson and Delegates-at-Large shall be elected by the District members attending their Annual District Meeting or during a recess of the District Meeting to give |
