Section 2.  Adoption of any such proposed amendment shall require a simple majority vote of District Members present at the Annual District Meeting.
 

ARTICLE VI.  PARLIAMENTARY PROCEDURE


The proceeding of each meeting of District 3 shall be governed by the applicable provisions of Robert's Rules of Order (revised).
