English Honors

Graduation Requirements

In order to graduate with "honors" in English, invited English majors must complete the requirements of the junior-senior honors program (ENG3510, 3515, and 4515(Senior Honors Thesis)) with a grade of B or better and carry a 3.45 average in all English courses. Students who complete the honors requirements with an A and carry a 3.65 average in all English courses will graduate with "high honors" in English. Those who complete the honors requirements with an A and carry a 3.85 average in all English courses will graduate with "highest honors" in English.
