- goggles & cap
- towel (one that you don't mind getting dirty)
- bike
- helmet, bike shoes
- waterbottles
- running shoes, socks
- shorts if you want to wear them
- body glide
- food (breakfast and anything you might want on your bike)
- any needed medication (make sure to tell anyone you are with of your medical condition)
