Using Screen DS1 to Review
    Special Designators and Repeated Courses
      Screen DS1 has student information about SPECIAL DESIGNATORS and REPEATED COURSES.

      You need to indicate whether you want information about designators or repeats.

      To use the screen:
      1. Type DS1 in the Screen field and press Enter.
      2. Type the student's Social Security number in the ID field.
          (If you were already looking at the student's record in a previous screen, you will not need to enter the SS #.)
      3. Enter D (for Designators) or R (for Repeats) in the Select field. Press Enter.
       
      You will find the following information on screen DS1:

      • Whether the student must fulfill designator requirements ( look for a Y or an N after "Designators Required?")
      • The number and type of Special Designators that are required
      • A list of the Special Designator courses the student has completed
      • How many courses the student has repeated
      • A list of the courses the student has repeated
      • Whether or not the repeated courses are included (RI) in the student's GPA or excluded (RX)
      • The student's GPA
      • The student's earned hours
      Use the arrow keys to scroll through the information.
      To return to the previous SIS screen, type exit in the ID field and press enter.
