  6. Are there safety plans for storms or other major emergencies? What are they?
  7. Are health and/or safety rules posted? What are they?
  8. Is the Poison Control Center Phone Number posted?
  9. Where is the nearest phone or intercom?
  10. What do you have to dial to get out?
  11. Where is student health data kept?
  12. Do any kids have any allergies?
  13. Where is the nearest first aid kit?
  14. Is an Epi pen available?
  15. Are thermometers used in the classroom? Are they alcohol-based (red or blue liquid) rather than mercury based (silver liquid)?
