The 16-Week Production Schedule is meant to be used as an outline and guide.

The deadlines are never hard and fast for each week due to holidays, university breaks, conferences, etc.

Each production team should make allowances for these differences when adapting the schedule to their production.

16th Week from Opening week: Director's Concept Statement due.

15th Week: Design meeting, outline scope of project and budget parameters.

14th Week: no set deadlines.

13th Week: Design Concepts due from Designers to Director.

12th Week: Design Concepts Response from Director to Designers.

11th Week: Final Concept Meeting, Preliminary Prop List due.

10th Week: no set deadlines.

9th Week: Depending on break/holiday schedule, scenic designer's drawings due to Technical Director.

8th Week: no set deadlines.

7th Week: Depending on break/holiday schedule, this is the other opportunity for scenic drawings to be due. Also due this week are Costume Renderings, Set & Costume Prop Lists, and Rehearsal Prop Lists.

6th Week: no set deadline.

5th Week: Construction begins either this week or week 6, depending on calendar.

4th Week: Final Prop List due.

3rd Week: Run-throughs for designers. Lighting Plot and Sound Plot due by the end of the week.

2nd Week: Scenery, Lights, Sound setup, and Props done by end of this weekend.

Week 1: Tweak Week - Leading up to Tech Rehearsal, sound and lighting designers have a chance to work with completed plots in the space and prepare for Tech.

Week 0 - Dress Rehearsals and Public Performances.
