Todd Hartman is Assistant Professor of Political Science in the Department of Government & Justice Studies at Appalachian State University (Boone, North Carolina). His research focuses on several areas within political psychology, most notably political attitude formation and change, information processing, and intergroup relations. He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in American politics, political behavior, and research methods.
