Employment Law


Management 5040 is a course that attempts to instruct those unfamiliar with the present
state of employment law through the use of Supreme Court cases.  Using these precedents, the course explores
Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, arbitration, affirmative action, disparate impact, disparate treatment, and sexual harassment, etc.
