Research: The study of genocide and the relationship between the "outsider" and the "insider" with a particular focus on how events have impacted the "Other"'s emotional responses to those events. I am currently completing a book manuscript on German prisoners of war held in the United States during World War II and how those experiences might have affected them longitudinally.
