ELECTRONIC DICTIONAIRIES, THESAURI, AND OTHER LANGUAGE RESOURCES
FOR STUDENTS OF FRENCH

NOTES:
A host of French, English, and bilingual dictionaries are available on-line. Some are trustworthy, relatively complete, and free; others are to be avoided, are abridged / pocket versions of little use, and/or accessible with paid subscription / download only.

Language resources, be they printed, digital, electronic, or otherwise, are TOOLS like any other; knowing which to use and how to use it saves time, energy, and helps to avoid disaster!
