The whole issues surrounding peer
to peer file sharing programs occur because of violations
of copyrights and use agreements. The misuse of file
sharing programs allows users to obtain the use of
music, movies, and programs without compensating the
authors of these works.

people to distribute individual artistic works without
the trouble and expense of traditional film and print
