My Pictures!
These are some random snapshots from my life that give you an insight into my inner workings (I hope). I picked pictures of things that are important to me in my life. However, if you're not in here, it doesn't mean that you're not important!

This is Michael and his twin brother Matthew at American Child Daycare, where i worked for about a year. It was a great learning experience for me and taught me a huge amount about dealing with children. These two-year old twins were a handful but very loving and lots of fun to teach!

This is a picture of my family; Tricia, Jeffery, myself, my mother, and my father. We live in Statesville, NC where I grew up. My sister is 22, I am 21, and my brother is 16.

This is my beloved cat named Stinky! I got her from the Watauga County Humane Society about two years ago when I first moved into my apartment. She's very loving, frisky, and goofy and loves to play with her toy mice. She's also highly photogenic!

I love to hike all year round, no matter the weather. This is me at Trashcan Falls, just outside of Boone, in the winter. I fell down several times that day but the ice on the falls was gorgeous.

In addition to hiking, I also love to camp. This picture was taken from the summit of Whitetop Mountain in VA where I went camping last year. I camped in Grayson Highlands, where they have wild ponies. This beautiful view and the wild ponies made this my favorite camping trip ever.

This is my favorite picture of all time! This is a sunrise over the Grand Canyon, taken while I was on a camping tour of the west for teenagers. That trip meant a lot to me and in order to get this picture, we camped illegally on the rim of the Grand Canyon. In the morning, we simply sat up in our sleeping bags and snapped photos. I had to get up early to get this shot but it was definitely worth it.

When I was younger, I rode horses with my sister. This is my horse Stormy running in our pasture across from out house. You can tell he just had a good roll because he's stained orange from the red clay.
