Scenario 5
Individual Transferable Quotas
- You are the captain of a candy-fishing vessel (i.e., the cup); you and your classmates
do not have
open access to candy.
- You will be given an individual quota for catching fish. You may not
catch more than this quota. Before the round begins you may sell your quota to
one of your classmates.
- When your instructor says "GO" starting harvesting the candy.
- There is
only one round. After this round you may keep your candy or sell it to a
classmate.
- When the scenario is over fill in your individual profit on the Accounting Sheet.
Each fish is equal to $1 in profit.
Do not total the profits for each scenario until after all the scenarios have
been played.
