This required graduate level course is designed to provide "practice" for the various forms of writing required in our discipline. Assignments include the writing of abstracts, a review paper in the students area of interest, and a thesis paper with all of the formatting required by the ASU graduate school. Lectures during the semester cover issues of publishing papers, writing grants, etc. Student participation, including presentation of research projects, is a large part of this course.
