You have now learned about the core procedures and effects of classical conditioning.  There is another type of conditioning that is supposedly different from classical conditioning.  The web site contains classic articles that are supposed to illustrate this type of conditioning.

It also contains two articles that lay out the basic argument of whether EC is different or not from standard classical conditioning, Davey (1994) vs. Baeyens & De Houwer (1995).

Your task is to write a 1-page position paper that explains why or why not EC should be considered a different form of classical conditioning.  What is the critical evidence for you?
