Dino Molho hid with his family in a secret room in a factory they owned in Magenta, outside of Milan.   Various people protected the family, using elaborate and secret signals to let them know when it was safe to come out.  Dino passed his days reading books and watching his father writing novels and his sister drawing. He remembers his mother reading to him and the positive spirit that his parents created for their children.
