Playwright

Steven Dietz is an award-winning American playwright. Among his other honors, he won the Kennedy Center Fund for New American Plays Award for Still Life with Iris. Over the past quarter century, his plays have been widely produced across the United States and in countries around the world.

Dietz is also an accomplished director and teaches playwriting at the University of Texas at Austin.
