Applying for the Program

Want to go?

You need permission from the instructors to enroll, so fill out a pre-application form and email it to program leaders Sue Williams or Paulette Marty no later than NOVEMBER 16, 2015.

Registration priority will be given to upperclass theatre majors and minors. There is space for a limited number of students on the program, so if more students indicate they want to enroll by December 1 than can be accommodated, the instructors will grant permission to enroll to students based upon major/minor and class standing and place the remaining students on a waiting list.

Once you have permission to enroll from the instructors, visit the Office of International Education and Development page for this program and scroll down to "How to Apply" for specific application details. Applications and non-refundable deposits are due no later than DECEMBER 1, 2015. If you are given permission to enroll and fail to submit your application and deposit by December 1, your permission will be withdrawn and a student on the waiting list will be invited to enroll.

If you are applying for financial aid for the program and do not yet know the status of your financial aid request by December 1, contact the program leaders and we may be able to grant you an extension on the application and non-refundable deposit.

Please read the cancellation policy carefully and note that, if you withdraw from the program after any of the payment due dates, you will still be billed by the University for all payments for which the due dates have passed.

PLEASE NOTE: Appalachian reserves the right to cancel or alter the program format or to change costs in case of conditions beyond the university's control.
