BLOGS

What the heck is a Blog?

A Blog (short for weblog) is a personalized online journal of sorts. You can use a blog to post what you are thinking about nearly any topic - in this course we will use blogs to track our health and fitness goals. We will be using LiveJournal for our free blogging tool in this course - click the link to fill out your form.

Assignment

After completing your LiveJournal signup, send a MSN Messenger text to [email protected]. In this text, indicate the username you select for your LiveJournal account - you will then be added to the H.E.G.L. Blog community. During the course of the semester, make at least two weekly posts on your personal account, and one weekly post on the community page. These posts should pertain to your personal fitness goals and their progression throughout the semester.

Remember, the key to fitness is you! Only YOU can go to the gym, and become the most healthy fit you there is!
