Community College Health and Fitness

Why Fitness?

The secret to a long, healthy life is right in front of us. Eat right, get plenty of exercies, and get your sleep. At the Community College, fitness can be difficult to come by - you are working, taking class, and often do not have access to the same facilities as other students. The H.E.G.L. team is here to help you stay fit!

This site is designed to function as a means to organize the various mindtools that are available for use in developing fitness models in the Community College arena.
