Assignment
You will be paired with two other "buddies" within the first week of class. At least twice a week, log into your MSN Messenger account outside of the classroom. Discuss any new workout or health techniques you have discovered, and track the progress of your program throughout the semester. The last week of class, each group will give a presentation detailing their semesters chats, and how it helped them to achieve their fitness goals.
Remember, the key to fitness is you! Only YOU can go to the gym, and become the most healthy fit you there is!
