Messaging

By using a free messaging service, you can communicate with various members of class. The first step is to follow this link to download MSN Messenger 7.0 - follow the instructions to create a new account if you do not already have one.

Assignment

You will be paired with two other "buddies" within the first week of class. At least twice a week, log into your MSN Messenger account outside of the classroom. Discuss any new workout or health techniques you have discovered, and track the progress of your program throughout the semester. The last week of class, each group will give a presentation detailing their semesters chats, and how it helped them to achieve their fitness goals.

Remember, the key to fitness is you! Only YOU can go to the gym, and become the most healthy fit you there is!
